IOCL HPCL & BPCL – TomoGas™ booking service India’s largest IT enabled project, connecting 80 million houses for booking gas cylinders and emergency complaints 24 hours.
With successful booking and call completion in under 7 seconds, TOMOAIRS integrated with TOMOGAS has been instrumental in digitizing gas cylinder bookings for over a billion Indians across the width and breath of India in all major states and all common languages with a backend tracking system of the cylinder from its refilling station to the consumer within its designated delivery date.
This system was the first to digitize gas book in India in an era where smart phones had yet not created mobile apps and the average Indian in rural India was yet to understand the concept of IVRS. With TOMOAIRS still remembered as KAMAL and ARUNA by many, it worked with data on a pan India network, giving many clients the ease of speaking with a live lady who was there to solve their queries and book gas cyclinders for them and ensuring that the cylinder reached on the date the system promised them it would.
